Our ceremony will include:
Setting the Sacred Space
Guided Prana Vinyasa Heart Meditation to prepare for the journey
Guided Meditation to the Lowerworld to meet your Spirit Animal
In this ceremony you’re encouraged to let go of all expectations and allow the Spirit of Cacao to work with your Heart Chakra, so that you may experience the fullness of your journey. Music will be played to enhance the experience. The music has been carefully chosen to help you on your way.
Cacao is a heart medicine that works deep on emotional, physical & spiritual levels, offering us ways to heal wounds, release negative feeling states & experience universal love. In her gentle, yet powerful approach, Cacaos spirit gives you the opportunity to connect to your higher self and opens your heart chakra, leading you to the doorway of your sacred journey. If you choose to enter, you’ll experience the greatest gift of all. The gift of Love.
Please note: Cacao is safe but isn’t recommended for those who:
* Suffer from migraines or headaches.
* Take anti-depressants.
* Have high or low blood pressure.
* Have serious heart conditions.
For the ceremony:
* It is recommended that you do not eat 1 hour before the ceremony, as having an empty stomach aids faster assimilation of the medicine (a selection of nuts will be provided)
* Bring 1 or 2 litres of water (Cacao is a dehydrant) & keep well hydrated before and after.
Please bring with you a notepad and pen, crystals/charms/trinkets that you wish to have charged on the alter.
Tickets cost £25, with £5 from each ticket sold going to FRIEND Animal Rescue Sanctuary.
