Hoop Fit – Is a fun and inclusive way of getting fit and while connecting with the movement of your body. Hula hooping will also improve all over body tone, improve core strength and balance.
Mela has been teaching hula hoop for five years; She says ‘the hoop as changed the way I dance while becoming the best dance accessory’
The class is open to all ages and we will be a very relaxed and light hearted approach.
We will be learning all sorts from the basic hoop tricks to just have fun and dance and play around with the hoop!
