This October new moon I’ll be hosting round 2 of the London series of 5 Elements Dance Sacred Cacao Ceremonies.
I’m super sonically excited to be collaborating with Fabio Garces music producer, DJ and founder of Sonic Enchantment, a live musical and visual experience, which brings listeners on a journey of the mind and body.
Fabio will be guiding us throughout the whole experience, supporting and deepening the process. He is preparing a sound journey that will take us from stillness into the dance journey through the elements, earth, water, fire, air and ether.
A mixture of old world and new world technology, Fabio fuses underground electronica and ambient music, hypnotic melodies, ethereal soundscapes and ancient sacred sounds. The resulting effect serves to create personal experiences that span a wide range of transformative benefits such as restoration and the re-emergence of balance and inner calm.
This sacred cacao ceremony is a space to celebrate all that is, to express ourselves freely through voicing our prayers and intentions and dancing them into fruition.
Let us find safety and support from each other to drop inhibitions and tap into our own place of creativity and self-expression, to be healed by the power of music and how it moves us, to find union within ourselves and with others. Connecting mind, body and spirit, allowing more trust for the instinctive natural healing processes available to us within the body if we can just let go and allow.
We will join together in sacred circle, symbolizing the cycle of life, unity and infinity to drink the cacao and allow its magic to work through us, connecting us more deeply to the present moment. From there we will share our prayers and intentions with truth and authenticity then move, breathe and shake our bodies into bliss. Journeying through the elements Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Ether, embodying, aligning and dancing with these elemental qualities within ourselves. Finding our way back to our own true nature.
You will leave the space feeling activated, energized, empowered and inspired to break out of the old and trust and surrender to the new.
What is Cacao?
Literally translated as ‘Food of the Gods’, Cacao is one of the most nutritionally dense superfoods and provides many medicinal benefits.
It contains more antioxidants than any other food on the planet.
It stimulates the production of the neurotransmitters dopamine, serotonin and anandamide (also known as the bliss chemical) leading to feelings of euphoria.
It relaxes the muscles and balances the nervous system whilst focusing the mind and activating the heart.
Since the ancient civilizations of the Mayans and Aztecs, cacao has been used in rituals and ceremonies as a tool for journeying deep inside of the self, allowing spirit to move through and guide us.
The cacao we will use is of the highest quality made in Guatemala specifically for ceremonial use.
Let us come together to be blessed by the divine nectar of this sacred plant medicine.

Essential information and practicalities
Absolutely no experience in dance, ceremony, esoteric practices or new age hippy business necessary!
All genders, races, religious and political views are warmly welcome!

Arrival Time –
Please arrive at 2pm. Ceremony will begin at 2.30.
Depending on sharing the ceremony will last around 2 hours. The rest of the time is play time!
What to wear –
Absolutely anything that is comfortable you can move in.
As sparkly or as plain as you like!
What to bring –
Water and your beautiful self, exactly as you are.
Optional – An offering for the altar. Something sentimental or that represents one or all of the elements.
Preparations –
Try your best to avoid alcohol, drugs, caffeine or any other intoxicants for a few days prior.
Avoid food intake for at least 2 hours prior to the ceremony to avoid nausea and to help the cacao to work deeper.
