Master Desmond has dedicated his life to the martial arts and has fought and trained with masters from across the globe. This journey of discovery has taken him three decades and he has managed to master four types of Kung Fu including Tai Chi, Southern Fist, Chin Na and Shaolin 72 fist. Additionally he has studied the systems of Muay Thai, Taekwondo and Karate. Despite mastering all of the finer details from these different martial arts, his main passion is for the holistic side of Kung Fu, namely movement, meditation and medicine.  In realising this, Master Desmond has developed a system that is modern in its approach and teachings, whilst maintaining those traditional aspects which are rarely adopted in daily life.
